Hotel Policies

Check-In: 14:00 - 20:00 hours
Check-Out: 07:00 - 12:00 hours

• Cancellation
  If cancelled more than 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  If cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
• Children and extra beds
  All children under 5 years age stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  All older children or adults are charged ISK 2000.00 per night and person for extra beds.
  Maximum capacity of extra beds per room is 2 beds.
  Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request but need to be confirmed by the hotel.
  Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs when booking electronically and need therefore to be paid separately at the hotel.
• Pets
  Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
  
• Groups
  When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
  
• Accepted credit cards
  American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro
  
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
